Golden Triangle Tour with Kerala

Day 01: Delhi - Arrival - Pickup - Overnight in Delhi. 


Your Golden Triangle Tour with Kerala begins at your arrival in Delhi. Meet our company chauffeur on your arrival in Delhi who will assist in the transfer to your pre-booked hotel. You will have free time to adapt to the new time zone and enjoy the convenience of the hotel. 


Spend the rest of the day at leisure or relaxing. In case you arrive early and you want to explore something then have a short visit to the Akshardham Temple. Overnight stay in Delhi.


Day 02: Delhi - Tour - Agra - Overnight in Agra. 


Today after breakfast, meet your guide and begin your sightseeing of the capital of India. Delhi city is a fusion of old and contemporary. Today you will explore Old Delhi, visit Jama Masjid, which is the largest mosque of the country and then enjoy an amazing ride on a rickshaw to Chandni Chowk, one of the oldest markets. 


Next, visit Raj Ghat and pay your homage to the father of the nation. Next New Delhi, drive past the India Gate, President House and the Parliament House. Lastly, you will be taken to Qutub Minar, the 12th-century victory tower. After your Delhi tour, you will be driven to Agra (200 Kms- 4 hours). On reaching Agra, check in to your pre booked hotel for an overnight stay. Overnight in Agra.


Day 03: Agra Tour - Jaipur (250 Kms) - Overnight in Jaipur


Your guide and driver will pick you from your hotel at 5:45 A.M. for the Taj Mahal Sunrise tour. The Taj Mahal exhibits diverse hues during different parts of day. At Sunrise, it adorns a pink shade. The superb craftsmanship and structural design fascinates all the tourists. Taj is a majestic inspiring illustration of the divine love of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his wife, Mumtaz. 


After visiting the Taj Mahal at Sunrise, come back to the hotel for freshening up and have your breakfast. After breakfast, check out of your hotel. Next visit Agra Fort (A UNESCO World Heritage Site where all the early Mughal emperors lived. 


After your Agra city tour, you will be driven to Jaipur, on reaching Jaipur check in to your pre booked hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 04: Jaipur City Tour - Overnight in Jaipur


After your breakfast in Jaipur, meet your guide and begin your sightseeing from the Amer Fort, which is placed at the top of the Aravalli Hill. A magnificent and extensive palace complex. After the fort, you can head to the City Palace, the then seat of the Maharaja of Jaipur. The blend Of Mughal And Rajput Architecture is amazing here. 


Next to the City Palace is Jantar Mantar, a magnificent observatory that features the world's largest stone sundial. There will also be photo stops for Jal Mahal (water palace), Hawa Mahal ( wind palace). You may also explore the bustling and colorful local market in the Pink City. 


After an amazing tour, come back to your hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 05: Jaipur - Delhi  - Cochin (By flight) - Fort Cochin(45 Kms/ 1:30 Hrs) - Overnight in Cochin.


Today after breakfast depart from Jaipur to reach at Delhi Airport to Board the Flight to Cochin. 

 

Upon arrival in Cochin you will be met by our driver and transferred to Fort Cochin. Cochin, the queen of the Arabian Sea, is one of the most interesting cities of India and has one of the finest natural harbors in the world. The root-conscious people of Kerala have preserved their past not only in the form of history books but also in the form of monuments and palaces.


Check-in your hotel. In the evening, witness the world famous Kathakali dance at a local theatre, a traditional art form of Kerala and one among the national dances of India.


(Timings: Kathakali make-up starts at 5.00 PM & the performs starts from 6.00 PM till 7.00 PM)

 

Overnight stay at Cochin.


Note: 1st June to 30th September is Monsoon season in Kerala. 


Day 06: Cochin - Alleppey(75 Kms/ 2 Hrs) - Overnight in Houseboat.

 

After breakfast around 10:30 AM proceed to Alleppey to board a Kettuvallam (Houseboat check in 12:30 Noon) and proceed for an unforgettable overnight cruise, through the mesmerizing unique backwaters of Kerala.

 

You will have an exclusive houseboat which cruises till sunset, and then it anchors for the night. Your boat has a private balcony with comfortable chairs. The rooms are well furnished with attached bathrooms and air conditioning which functions during sleeping hours. The boat has a fully equipped kitchen and an experienced cook to prepare authentic Kerala cuisine with seafood and fresh vegetables. 


The waterways of Kerala play a major role in the economy of the state as they link remote villages and islands with the mainland. It is an incredibly different experience to cruise in the backwaters in country boats, absorbing the beauty of Kerala's villages. Houseboats, also known as Kettuvallam or rice boats, are today one of the major tourist attractions in Kerala, but these boats were used to carry rice bags in their earlier days. 


These houseboats are uniquely designed using local materials like bamboo poles, coconut fiber ropes, bamboo mats etc. and are a fabulous way to enjoy exploring the fascinating beauties of backwaters. With their languid grace and quaint design adding another dimension to your cruise in the shimmering blue waters.

 

Lunch, evening tea with snacks and dinner served on board.

Day 07: Alleppey - Cochin - Delhi - Overnight in Delhi. 

 

Wake up to the chatter of the water birds. A traditional kerala breakfast prepared by the boat crew awaits you. At 0900 Hrs disembark the boat after an unforgettable life time experience & proceed to Cochin. 

 

Afternoon sightseeing tour of Kochi with English Speaking Guide and tours cover- The Jewish Synagogue (10 AM - 12 PM) and (3 PM – 5 PM.) Closed on Friday noon to till Saturdays as well Jewish Holidays) at the heart of what is locally called the Jew Town. 


The Dutch Palace at Mattancherry (10 AM - 5 PM), Closed on Fridays and National Holidays), renowned for its wall murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana. The St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India. The Santa Cruz Basilica was originally built in 1557 by the Portuguese. 


The Chinese fishing nets are huge cantilevered fishing nets believed to have been brought to Kochi by Chinese trade.

 

After sightseeing, you will be driven to Cochin International Airport to board the departure flight to Delhi.

Day 08: Jaipur - Delhi (270 Kms) - Departure - Tour Ends
