Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll arrange a convenient time to discuss your ideas so far by email/phone. A conversation early in the planning process allows us to understand exactly what type of tour/trip you are looking for and the style of accommodation that works best for you. Soon, the joyful team will email you a carefully crafted itinerary, specially designed for you, based on the ideas we have exchanged. In any case, don’t be discouraged if your plans don’t exactly match what you thought they would be, kindly don’t rush it: our Team and itineraries are completely flexible. We’ll design every detail around you and can completely alter or transform your journey until it’s perfect.

In addition to the itinerary, we will share a quote, but if the cost is slightly higher or lower than you anticipated, kindly don’t let that put you off. Accommodation contributes primarily to the total cost of our tours, and we have a wide range of accommodations carefully selected to suit all tastes and budgets.

Once you’ve had a chance to review our initial proposal, we’ll wait for your thoughts via email/phone. Based on your feedback, we tailor the itinerary according to your preferences. Together, we can continue to develop your tour for as long as you’d like and we want you to be enthusiastic about every detail. There is no natural pattern of time this process takes, as each traveller is different. Some of our guests are ready after the first email, while others spend a week or two until the final itinerary is reached.

Since we get a discount at the hotel, the total price you pay will be only slightly higher than if you book directly. In return, guests receive competent advice, experience, local knowledge and contact information. It’s also a good idea to compare your tour with other agencies, but if you do, try to compare everything exactly the same. Aside from the obvious differences, their tour may be of lesser quality, inexperienced guides, or their vehicles are not well maintained. If you decide that your itinerary is right for you and want to proceed, we’ll guide you through the booking process at this point. In brief, we require a 30% deposit (payable by debit card, credit card or bank/wire transfer) to secure your reservation. Second, if your tour/itinerary includes a domestic flight, train ticket, or safari, we may need a copy of your passport. Upon receipt of your deposit and copies of your passport, we will email you a booking confirmation and receipt. We also request information about your international flights. When you’re ready, kindly send it at a convenient time before your arrival.

The booking confirmation will specify the remaining tour payment. After confirming your consent with us, kindly stay in touch. It’s natural to have questions in the weeks leading up to your trip and we’re always here to help. Otherwise, you will receive a response from us after we process your hotels’ name/booking confirmation

A week before you arrive in India, we will send you an email explaining how to meet our representative at the airport. You will receive all your tour documents such as hotel vouchers, your itinerary, e-tickets or train tickets.

All tours are bespoke and the responses are carefully prepared by hand, so depending on the complexity of your request, it may take up to 2 business days to respond. We thank you for your patience and guarantee that it will be worth the wait! We usually work Monday through Saturday (IST) from 10:00 to 18:00. Indian Standard Time is 5.5 hours ahead of UTC.
