Your journey starts in Delhi, the bustling capital of India, where history meets modernity. Next, travel to Agra, where the majestic Taj Mahal awaits—a timeless symbol of love and beauty. Jaipur, the Pink City, will immerse you in the grandeur of Rajasthan’s royal heritage. 


The tour then takes a spiritual turn in Varanasi, one of the oldest living cities in the world. Situated on the banks of the sacred Ganges River, Varanasi is a hub of spirituality and culture. The mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at the ghats, the ancient temples, and the labyrinthine streets filled with unique sights create a deeply soulful experience. 


Varanasi also serves as a gateway to nearby Sarnath, where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon. This journey weaves together history, culture, and spirituality, offering travelers a comprehensive and enriching experience of India’s diverse heritage.

Golden Triangle Tour with Varanasi

Day 01: New Delhi – Arrival – Pickup – City Tour – Overnight in Delhi.

9 AM or At your given time you will be picked up from the Delhi Airport/Hotel/Railway station or your desired location in Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon. Start your guided sightseeing of “Old & New Delhi” by visiting Jama Masjid, India’s biggest mosque. Next, take a Rickshaw Ride in the Chandni Chowk market and also stop at Red Fort (photo stop).

Continue to visit Rajghat, which is a memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. You’ll also visit Qutub Minar ( UNESCO World Heritage Site), a minaret and “victory tower” built in the 12th century.

Your next stop is India Gate, a war memorial located on the eastern edge of the “ceremonial axis” of New Delhi, formerly called Kingsway. Then drive past the Rashtrapati Bhavan, the official residence of the President of India, and Parliament House is the house of the Parliament of India, which contains the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha.

Day 02: Delhi – Agra – Overnight in Agra. 

After breakfast, you’ll be driven to Agra via a 3-4 hour drive on the expressway. Arrive Agra is a medieval city on the banks of the Yamuna River founded by Sultan Sikandar Lodi in the year 1506. Agra achieved fame as the capital of the Mughal emperors from 1526 to 1658 and remains a major tourist destination because of its many splendid Mughal-era buildings.

Arrive in Agra, and check in to the hotel. After freshening up, meet your Guide and start your tour with Agra Fort which was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty until 1638 when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. You’ll have ample time to explore the Fort and enjoy its magnificent architecture.

Then visit Mehtab Bagh. It is also noted that Emperor Shah Jahan had identified this site as an ideal location for the beautiful view of the Taj Mahal during sunset. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Agra. 

Day 03: Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur – Overnight in Jaipur.

At 5.45 AM, meet your guide and visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise. The classic example of Mughal architecture looks amazing at sunrise. The design of this magnificent mausoleum and four gardens are structured on the Islamic theme of paradise built by a king as the final resting place of his favorite wife.

After visiting the Taj Mahal at Sunrise, come back to the hotel, freshen up and have your breakfast. After breakfast, check out and you will be driven to Fatehpur Sikri {36 kms/1 hour}, built by Mughal Emperor Akbar the Great in the 16th century to serve as the capital of his vast empire. It was mysteriously abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. Today, it is perfectly preserved as a ghost city built at the height of the empires.

Continue your journey. arrive in Jaipur and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at your hotel in Jaipur. 

Day 04: Jaipur City Tour – Overnight in Jaipur

After breakfast, proceed to explore Jaipur founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh – II, the ruler of Amber. Jaipur was the first planned city in India.

This town is also referred to as Pink City for the color of the buildings in its wonderful old city. The city was painted pink to honor the visit of Prince Albert of England in 1882.

The tour includes a visit to Amber Fort – This magnificent fort comprises an extensive palace complex and is divided into four main sections, each with its courtyard.

Next, stop for photos at Jal Mahal – It is also known as the water palace.

Next, visit the City Palace – It was the seat of the Maharaja of Jaipur.

Next, Jantar Mantar – It is a collection of nineteen architectural astronomical instruments. It also features the world’s largest stone sundial and is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Hawa Mahal – It is constructed of red and pink sandstone.

Overnight in Jaipur.

Day 05: Jaipur – Varanasi (By Flight) – Overnight in Varanasi. 

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Jaipur airport to board a flight to Varanasi. Upon arrival at Varanasi airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to the hotel in Varanasi.

After some Rest at the hotel, meet your local guide for a tour of the Ganges and its ghats, culminating with the evening aarti ceremony. A highlight of our Golden Triangle Tour with Varanasi, these ancient ceremonies have changed very little over hundreds and hundreds of years. 

The smell of sandalwood and incense swirls around while the sounds of prayer chanting and clashing symbols rise to a crescendo. Hundreds of little oil lamps twinkling on the river are a pretty sight.

Day 06: Varanasi City Tour – Overnight in Varanasi. 

Rise early and return to the Ganges this morning for a sunrise boat ride. A sunrise boat ride is the highlight of this tour when a soft light bathes the temples along the riverfront. The people of Varanasi trickle out of the tangled alleys and head for the ghats at dawn.

Take a walk to the labyrinth of streets packed with derelict palaces, homes, and hundreds of temples and shrines. Experience the lifestyle of people, and feel the culture of the city. Here you’ll see funeral processions, cows, and goats munching on whatever they can find! You’ll also explore a winding lane known as Vishwanath Gali, lined with many shops selling all manner of religious objects. 

Return to our hotel for breakfast. In the afternoon we will do a most popular excursion to Sarnath located 13 km northeast of Varanasi.  It is a very special place for Buddhists as Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon at Sarnath, after attaining enlightenment. Return to Varanasi. Evening at your leisure. Overnight in Varanasi.

Day 07: Varanasi – Departure – Tour Ends. 

After breakfast, you will be driven to Varanasi Airport to catch a flight to Delhi or your onward journey. Your tour. Concludes! The memories of this short and sweet vacation will be forever in your heart!!!
